General Rules for
All Ages:
-
Players are not
allowed to wear wristwatches or jewelry of any
kind including ear studs of any size. (This
includes ear studs, which have been padded or
taped over following piercing.)
-
Jerseys should be
kept tucked in (it helps the referee detect
shirt pulls). During cold weather, sweats or
thermals may be worn, but they must be worn
under the uniform.
-
Shin guards are
mandatory, must be worn under the socks, and
must be age appropriate.
-
If a player wears
slider shorts under his/her uniform shorts, the
sliders must be the same color as the dominant
color of the uniform shorts.
-
Goalkeepers must
wear shirts or jerseys of a different color from
either team. It is a good practice to have two
choices available.
-
Players' names are
never allowed on jerseys. This is a
child safety issue.
